Our Team

Samantha Stuk - Director and Principal Dietitian

Samantha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with 10 years of clinical experience across the public and private health sectors. She has a special interest in diabetes, weight management, heart disease and digestive health – including IBS and coeliac disease. She also skilled in women’s health (pregnancy, menopause, PCOS), vegetarian/vegan diets and sports nutrition. Samantha has undergone further training in food allergy/intolerance, insulin pumps, behaviour change coaching and eating psychology. In addition to private consulting, Samantha hosts nutrition and fitness challenges with health clubs nation-wide, writes nutrition content for print and online media, develops and analyses recipes for commercial sale, and runs corporate nutrition workshops.

Jessica Fuller - Consultant Dietitian

Jessica is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), and joined the Nutrition Code team in 2017. She is enthusiastic about food and helping clients set and fulfil their goals. She has a special interest in weight management, diabetes, heart disease, women’s health and food intolerance. Jessica is an empathetic and kind person who takes an understanding and non-judgemental approach to assisting her patients to improve their health. She has a passion for improving the wellbeing of her clients and can provide them with quality evidence-based advice that is individually tailored and considers lifestyle.

Teagan Hollis - Consultant Dietitian

Teagan is an experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), and joined the Nutrition Code in 2018. Teagan uses a holistic and client-centered approach, and is dedicated to empowering her clients with the skills they need to achieve their goals. She focuses on strategies that are evidence based, practical, sustainable, and most of all – enjoyable! Teagan is particularly skilled in weight management, eating behaviours and psychology. She also has a keen interest in diabetes, heart disease, and vegan/vegetarian diets.

Clare Keating - Nutritionist

Clare is our social media guru! She is an Accredited Nutritionist and aspires to become an Accredited Practising Dietitian.

Clare helps empower people with the knowledge and support needed to live a healthy and happy balanced lifestyle.
With several years experience as a Chef, Clare is extremely passionate about food, recipe development and cooking. She aims to show you that there is an easier and more enjoyable way to achieve your nutrition goals without using unsustainable diets and crazy detox teas. Clare also has a special interest in Sports Nutrition. After having completed several marathons and most recently a 100km Ultra Marathon, she has seen first hand the benefits that good quality nutrition can play on your sporting performance.

Why Use an Accredited Practising Dietitian?

Accredited Practising Dieticians (APDs) hold a university degree in medical and lifestyle nutrition therapy. APDs provide advice that is up-to-date, reliable, supported by evidence, and individually tailored to suit your goals. APDs are opened minded when it comes to selecting an appropriate nutrition strategy for you, but they are not swayed by the latest fads and food myths. They do not apply a ‘one-size fits all’ approach.

APDs are qualified to work in hospitals and medical centres, are recognised by Medicare and Private Health Insurance.
