Welcome to The Nutrition Code!

We create personalised meal plans and nutrition solutions for
adults, children and families

What We Do

We discover and develop your ‘Nutrition Code’ – a customised food plan that helps you achieve your goals. Throughout your journey, we provide support including troubleshooting tips and new food ideas, as you gradually change your eating patterns for good!

What Makes Us Different

We believe that whilst nutrition principles are universal, individual requirements are not. We treat every client as an individual with unique needs, food preferences, and lifestyle demands – we call this your nutrition code. You will soon feel the difference.

Why Use an Accredited Practising Dietitian?

Accredited Practising Dieticians (APDs) hold a university degree in medical and lifestyle nutrition therapy. APDs provide advice that is up-to-date, reliable, supported by evidence, and individually tailored to suit your goals. APDs are opened minded when it comes to selecting an appropriate nutrition strategy for you, but they are not swayed by the latest fads and food myths. They do not apply a ‘one-size fits all’ approach.

APDs are qualified to work in hospitals and medical centres, are recognised by Medicare and Private Health Insurance.
