Your 4-Step Journey with The Nutrition Code
1. Before We Meet
Get all your ducks in a row! Please:
- Have a think about your short term and long term goals. What would you like to learn and achieve?
- Complete your food diary (online or paper) – this is optional
2. The Starting Point
During our Initial Consultation we will:
- Perform your nutrition and food diary assessment
- Plan your journey with The Nutrition Code, and select a package pathway (if desired)
- Start creating your unique eating plan
3. Implementing Your Program
Depending on the package or number of sessions you have, we will:
- Review your progress, and address any challenges you’ve faced
- Provide tips and support to keep you on track with your goals
- Refresh your eating plan with new recipes and ideas
4. After your Program
Once you have completed your program or sessions with us, we will:
- Create a long-term plan for furthering and/or maintaining your results
- Schedule a call after 3-6 months to make sure you’re still on track
Private health insurance, Medicare and EPC Programs
We are a private billing service. Private health insurance, Medicare, and EPC rebates are available for packages and individual services, with the appropriate referral. Please contact us for more information on how you can claim a rebate on our services.
We offer discounted rates for pensioners, HCC holders, and in special circumstances.
